Starting batteries of KH range are intended for the start-up of locomotive engines, and backup power supply for locomotive electric equipment.
The accumulator batteries of the KH range have a specific design of electrodes that provide the highest discharge rates as against lead acid alternatives.
Specific design features ensure up to 15-years service life in complicated operational mode.
The highest capacity ensures a start-up of the engine at a temperature of -40°C.

Accumulator batteries of the KL (KGL), KM (KGM) range are intended for a backup power supply system of 50V and a control and lighting system of 110V for rolling stock and locomotives.
The batteries are used on ЭР9, ЭР2 electric trains, ВЛ (ВЛ60, ВЛ80, ВЛ10, ВЛ11, ВЛ8), ЧС (ЧС2, ЧС4, ЧС6, ЧС7, ЧС8) locomotives, and ДР1 diesel engine driven trains.

Accumulator batteries of the KL (KGL), KM (KGM) range
Accumulator batteries of the KL (KGL), KM (KGM) range provide a power supply of 50V and 110V for the passenger coaches. The batteries are operated in long-lasting discharge mode and ensure uninterrupted power supply.
The batteries can be operated at a temperature from -40°C to +45°C and at a daily differential temperature of 60°C.
The batteries are used for lighting in passenger coaches, heating, air conditioning, water heating-up, and emergency opening the doors in electric trains.

Accumulator batteries of the KM (KGM) range
Low-maintained accumulator batteries of the KM (KGM) range are used as an emergency power supply source for railway substations of 35/110 kV and essential consumer’s emergency systems. The batteries are operated in both long-lasting discharge mode and short-lasting mode discharged by high start-up current.
The production range includes all types and sizes of nickel-cadmium and nickel-iron accumulator batteries for railway cars and locomotives.
Innovation project for the railway transport industry
Express train Kyiv Passenger Depot– Boryspil Airport
In collaboration with Ukrzaliznytsya, we executed the project on the implementation of the accumulator batteries on the railway shuttle on the Kyiv Passenger Depot – Boryspil airport route.
Under this project, the accumulator battery of the KH range (18 KH 245) is used as the starting battery for start-up the diesel engine.
ДПКр-3 Diesel-Powered Coach Train for regional transportation
In collaboration with Kryukovskiy coach construction engineering plant, we executed the project on implementation of the accumulator batteries on ДПКр-3 diesel-powered coach train.
Under this project, the accumulator battery of the KM range (40 KM 375) is used as the starting battery and backup power supply for control and lighting system.
