LED indicator

The electronic electrolyte level indicator is designed for use on the storage batteries of any type for permanent or periodic checking the electrolyte level.  The storage batteries of any application can be equipped with an LED indicator.

The LED indicator ensures safe and easy maintenance and extends the service life of the storage battery.

Capabilities

  • Flash signal indicates the electrolyte level. No need to check it by glass rod or another instrument that expects contacting alkali.
  • After refilling it indicates the maximum electrolyte level that prevents the electrolyte from overflowing and low density. This activity extends the service life of the storage battery.
  • Constantly indicates working performance capabilities. Broken or damaged cells can be indicated by the sensor of green color.
  • Safe operation is certainly improved.  The indicator is of low-maintained type and powered by the accumulator. The design features ensure the replacement of the indicator without the accumulator is being dismantled.

Electrolyte level at MAX mark or above MAX mark:

  • Fault free condition
  • Refilling is not required
LED indication of electrolyte level - position 1

Electrolyte level between MAX and MIN mark:

  • Fault free condition
  • Refilling is not required
LED indication of electrolyte level - position 2

Electrolyte level at MIN mark:

  • Fault free condition
  • Refilling is required
LED indication of electrolyte level - position 3

The LED indicator is developed by LLC ADS engineering personnel and patented with License #80497 of May 27th’ 2013.
