KH range

The storage battery of the KH range is an alkaline battery with pocket plates.

Storage batteries of the KH range are used for starting engines and for powering equipment and electric devices in railway transport where high discharge currents (10 C) is required.

They are used for starting petroleum and diesel engines and can supply high discharge currents (10 C).

The storage batteries of the KH range are used in railway transport for starting engines in mainline locomotives.

Depending on the type of battery and customer’s requirement, the complete set may include

• Bars to connect cells
• Cables with fittings to connect battery banks (length as may be required), nuts and washers to fix bars and cables
• Spare valves
• Wrench to assemble the battery

The storage batteries can be supplied in containers.
